Survivor · Trauma alchemist · EFT Coach
In 2019, life broke me open. After surviving an abusive marriage, the loss of my husband, financial collapse, social stigma, and a heart condition that nearly stopped everything — I was left with two children and no roadmap forward.
Pain became my teacher. Grief became my doorway. I found EFT when I was on my knees asking the universe for a way through. It helped me release trauma I didn't know I was still carrying — not just from my marriage, but from generations before me.
Through Ash to Rise, I help women release inherited pain, rise from emotional ashes, and come home to themselves. Healing became my purpose — and now it's my gift to you.
I do not believe healing is about "fixing" yourself. I believe it is about understanding what shaped you, and learning how to respond to yourself with awareness, safety, and compassion.
You are not alone. You are already rising.
Areas of Expertise
For most of my thirties I was the person everyone called "strong." I held a corporate career, a marriage, a household, and an unspoken contract with my body to keep going no matter the cost. Behind the competence was exhaustion — a nervous system that had learned to override every signal of distress.
What followed was the year that broke everything open. I was thirty-six, widowed, and raising two young children. My own health had been quietly collapsing under the weight of those years, and I made a promise to find a way through — not just survive, but actually heal.
I did not arrive at EFT through a wellness trend or a recommendation. I came across it almost by accident — a scroll one ordinary day, a short video on tapping, and a quiet pull to try it on myself. Within minutes something in my chest loosened. I kept going.
The work I now offer is not a single technique — it is a layered methodology I call the Ash to Rise™ Pathway. It rests on three convictions. First, the body keeps score, so healing must include the nervous system. Second, awareness precedes change — you cannot release what you cannot notice. Third, compassion is not optional; it is the container that makes deep work possible.
In practice, that means a session may move between EFT tapping (to discharge stuck emotional energy), inner child dialogue (to re-parent the parts that learned to disappear), Ho'oponopono (to release resentment and restore peace), and reflective coaching — always paced to what your system can hold that day.
My clients are usually high-functioning women who look "fine" on the outside and feel exhausted on the inside. They are therapists, founders, mothers, doctors, lawyers, artists, and survivors. They come when coping strategies stop working — when anxiety, people-pleasing, or old grief starts costing them their health, relationships, or sense of self.
We begin by grounding — a few breaths, checking in with how you feel today. I listen without rushing you to perform or explain. Depending on what emerges, we may use EFT tapping, inner-child dialogue, Ho'oponopono, or gentle coaching. You stay in control of pace and depth throughout.
No. EFT and trauma-informed work do not require you to relive every detail. We work with what you feel in your body now, at an intensity you can tolerate. You choose what to share.
Therapy often focuses on insight and diagnosis; coaching on goals and action. Ash to Rise integrates body-based release (EFT), emotional safety, and reflective practice. It is trauma-informed, holistic, and paced to your nervous system — not a quick-fix mindset hack.
Yes. Sessions run on Zoom from anywhere in the world. Many clients are based across India, the Middle East, UK, US, and Southeast Asia.
It varies. Some clients feel significant shifts in 3–6 sessions; deeper layered work may take several months. We review together and you never have to commit to a package upfront.
Ash to Rise is a healing and emotional well-being initiative supporting individuals in moving from survival-based patterns to self-awareness, emotional safety, and personal empowerment.
Many of the struggles we face in adulthood — overthinking, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, fear of rejection, difficulty setting boundaries — are not random. They are often rooted in earlier experiences that were never fully understood or processed.
