Our trainings are designed for corporates, NGOs, schools, colleges, and childcare or healthcare institutions. POSH, IC Training, Gender Sensitization and D&I are open to employees, HR teams, leadership and committee members. POCSO is built for educators, caregivers, counselors, healthcare workers and law enforcement. There are no academic prerequisites — only a willingness to engage honestly.
Standard durations: POSH and POCSO certifications run 8-12 hours (1-day or 2-day formats). The Advanced IC Certification is a focused 8-hour intensive. Gender Sensitization is 3-4 hours (half-day) and Diversity & Inclusion is 4-6 hours (half-day or full-day). Custom durations are available based on your team's depth of need.
Pricing depends on the module, audience size, format (online / offline / hybrid), and city (for travel). As a guide: half-day workshops typically start lower than full certification programs, and group rates apply for cohorts of 25+. Every engagement receives a written quotation within 2-3 working days of your enquiry, valid for 90 days. Use the 'Get a Quote' button on any training card for a tailored estimate.
Just a notebook, an open mind, and a quiet space if joining online. For IC Training, members are encouraged to bring (anonymised) questions from real cases they've encountered. All learning material, case studies, and certificates are provided by Ashtorise. For offline sessions, comfortable seating attire is recommended as we use role-play and movement-based exercises.
Yes. Participants who attend at least 75% of the program and score 80% or above in the assessment receive an Ashtorise certificate of completion, recognised for statutory compliance documentation under the POSH and POCSO Acts.
Absolutely. Many institutions pair POSH with Gender Sensitization or D&I, or run POCSO alongside Boundaries & Safety for schools. Share your context in the request form and we'll design a blended program that fits your audience, timeline and goals.
All formats. Online sessions run on Zoom or Google Meet with breakout rooms for role-play. Offline delivery is available across India (travel costs quoted separately). Hybrid formats let on-site teams host satellite groups joining remotely.
